Question is there really a difference?

now i know the 5m and 7m have similar and different points to them but finding 5m parts is not as easy so i need to know if a decent cam set for a 7m will work for a 5m, i come from mostly musclem cars so these cars are a little bit more diffacult. if you know any good web sites or specs that would also help, other question i had was shock/struts, will most mk3 shocks with the mk2s and what about a mk3 front strut on a mk2 will i need to mod bassed on there width difference?

I have gotten a metal head gasket on 2 occasions.. A braided stainless clutch line and a set of addco sway bars.. Aaron is a cool guy and will get your parts to you as quickly as he can and will keep you posted on there staus.. He started as strictly as a MKII parts guy and has been gradualy working into the other models.. I have been ordering parts from him for the last 6 years and im not dissapointed at all..
