Default should i trade?

I have a 1g awd dsm thats modded properly and ready for 400+ hp with just a retune of the tunable ecu it has and bigger injectors. It's in great condition and has a ton of new oem parts too. I have the oppurtunity to trade for an 84 p model supra with a newly rebuilt 5mge, the mkIII turbo tranny, almost flawless body with glossy black paint, and comes everything i need to turbo it(manifold, ct26 turbo, downpipe and o2 housing, bung welded on the oil pan, ect.). He had it turbo at one point before and the wg line popped off and he blew the engine and turbo(gt35r) that were on it, hence the rebuild. I'm not new to cars or the modding game by any means, i just have no idea what these are worth. I could dump my car for almost 4k in a heartbeat. Also any problems in particular to the mkII supras that i should watch for? Thanks guys

Holy shit really. He was talking about giving me cash with it. Hmm so I should probably go ahead and do this. I've always wanted to venture into the supra world anyway

i would only say 6000 considering it had no cosmetic damage (trim paint...)
no oil leaks no smoke or oil burning and nice interior with no disaster wiring jobs....
also having an "mk3 turbo" transmission is a rare thing for an mk2
where i am my buddy cant find one to go turbo with for his mk3... and when he does its always over 600$!!!!!

i wouldnt mind hereing about prices of a nice and clean mk2 from around somewhere else...
