Default backfire/rough idle

So my mark 2 is back firing and isles rough. My idle is at 450 cold and 800 warm is this normal??? HELP!!!

back firing could be a hole in your exhaust system.

if you doubt your timing is correct...

My timing is perfect I already checked...but I am positive I have an exhaust hole. I was just curious if that was it cuz I messed with my idle and was wondering if I had to much fuel or it was a objectors problem

as long as you did it "by the book" your timing should be fine.

checking your injectors is never a bad thing. they have filters,
