Default One Dim Headlight

Hi...I'm new here so please bear with me. My passenger side headlight is not lighting up completely. I was hoping someone could have a suggestion as to what I need to do to take of this. I have checked the connection and it's clean and has not been modified in any way. I have also bought a new headlamp but that did not help.

Thanks for the help,
Ctone
