Auto to 5-speed Swap
Im doing a auto to 5-speed swap. I have a beat up 83 5-speed with the pedal, slave cylinder etc. and a 85 auto both I believe have the 5M (non turbo) Will the bell housing bolt up? Will a 7m clutch-pressure plate fit? Will the clutch pedal bolt up? Help would be greatly appriciated!!!

your 5 speed will mate with your engine
you need to swap over the brake pedal as well it is easy. clutch pedal is a serious pain though, do yourself a favor and take the seat out... your auto car WILL have bolt holes for the clutch pedal. and a spot for the master cylinder. sure your 7m clutch will do fine in your 5m. both non turbo 5m and 7m uses same transmissions w58. i put a 5m clutch in a 7m before it roasted fast
