7M-GTE 400 HP+ Daily Driver

Hello i am starting a project build on my 1989 Supra, i will be doing 95% of the work with my father who is a certified mechanic. I will be rebuilding the 7M-GTE, my expectation's are to make around 350+ whp. I do have a budget, but it is over time and upgrade when i have the money. My main priority at the moment is to rebuild the engine. So could any one give me a list of parts and a estimated price to hit 350 whp and a estimate price and list of parts needed on the engine rebuild.
And thoughts on this rebuild kit and anything else i would need that is not included in the kit?

I have a 91 Turbo supra for sale. 350+ HP. Laundry list of upgrades, and list of extra stuff for it. Give me a call if interested. 107K on chassis, 72K on engine. 608-519-2328. $6,000. ask for Justin, vehicle located in Onalaska, WI 54650.
