Agreed those are all codes that MUST get fixed you should be able to run with a code 52 it just may not run good. Aswell is cleaning all your ground points, it's a good idea to check all your fuses and any relays relating to your ecu.

With regard to the code 52: The heavy increase in fuel and the retardation of ignition advance may cause a significant problem actually. It can be enough to cause problems starting the car by itself but when compacted with the other problems well, I'm not surprised the car isn't even running half the time.
