Default standard equipment?

I've got an '82 Supra with a 5m-ge engine and I'm trying to check as many electrical connections as I can reach without too much trouble and I've found two that aren't connected to anything. One is for the O/D relay, it's manual transmission so is it a problem that it's missing? The other is for the HAC sensor, there any reason that wouldn't there? Also, there doesn't appear to be an odometer for the O2 sensor near the brake pedal that's you're told to reset when replacing it.

the o/d relay should not be a problem just means your car was once an auto
