Red face LSD parts, UK MkII

After stripping the diff on my '84 Celica Supra, I was surprised to find that it has a limited slip mechanism of some sort (especailly so as the car's an auto). Anyway, the Haynes workshop manual doesn't acknowledge that this car even has a diff, let alone list the components. I've found several worn parts within but don't know what they're called. Can anybody help me identify these bits, so that I can then attempt to replace them. And, does anyone know where I can buy said diff components?
