Engine swap
 

At the moment i have a 1986 MKII with the stock 2.8L inline 6. I just purchased my friends MKIII(he got rear ended and totaled it) which has the 3.0L inline 6 and its in great shape with low miles. I was just wondering if the 3.0 engine will bolt right up to the stock tranny in my MKII.

I'm curious too. I have an 82-l type and I keep hearing about the 7m being a good swap. not too many people tell what goes into the swap, though. How many hours are we looking at?
