6mge swap questions
will all 5m electronics work on a 6m? if not, what needs to be changed? will a 6m hold boost better than a 5m?

i guess what i want to know is, are all sensors the same? are all of the plugs compatible for the sensors? thanks in advance

as for me... all the sensor n ect. are the same to me...
i got an 6m block with 5m head with the 7mgte ct-26 turbo runs great.... hope this help you little bit.... |

Where did you find a 6m? I've checked Reman and Attarco... no dice.

i got it from my ucle wrecking yard. cause he have a repair shop and there is also an junk yark on the back of his shop so yeah... i pull it out from an cresida car. i cant remember what year. but it was on a cresida... well... about Attarco... they can get you one 6mge but it have to come with a head and a block. cause they dont selling you just the head or block by itself. you have to get the short block n head together.... but however... i can find or get yourself one of the 6mge. cause i'm working with Napa. so i can help you find one.. a fully rebuilt one... and cost about $600-950... let me know if you interest alright. |
