is it a laborous job to get the dash off and on? is this something a inexperienced mechanic can do easily?

just need to remove the panel above your pedals.
i only got around to removing it from my parts car today, i had alot of work to do and i did not expect my other vehicle to break down again... so ill try headlights tomarow.
