For a factory rebuild try your local machine shop, they should be able to get you all the parts needed. It should be pretty easy for you to find a machine shop that has done all kinds of work to a 7m. On some application it might be cheaper to bring in your own parts, but thats only if your going for specific parts. Hope this helps.

I just took my head to a machine shop, they machined it for $100, Head gasket kit on ebay with grafite hg $80, ARP studbolts on ebay $120. Hard part is getting started.
