7M Sensor locations
ADMIN EDIT: This is the USDM oil pressure sender, connector and boot.
What is this (shinny silver) 1st picture? Drivers right, lower front of block. When I was disconnecting wires this plastic grey cap came off the "What is this" very easy. The wire and it's connector underneath doesn't make sense to me as to how or where it connects. Last edited by cre; 03-11-2012 at 03:08 AM. |

The coolant level sensor is in the coolant reservoir. It is located on the bottom and uses a float inside to determine the coolant level. You may get a false reading if this float is sticking on built up crud (from you BHG ). Sorry, I have no pictures at this time.
Another of the thermostat housing. This one shows the Cold Start Time Switch. Last edited by cre; 03-11-2012 at 03:52 AM. |
