new light code.... please help

ok so i was driving and my spedometer just droped and never went up again. i did a diagnostic test a few days ago becuase the engine light was on and it told me i had a bad oxygen sensor. now i did one at like 930 at night and its flashing at me like crazy. it just goes .o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o. and so on. what does that mean?
