I don't think there is some special way to hook it all up, but I have a similar problem, I have a intercooler from a Cummins turbo diesel. I'm mounting it somewhat flat so I have to run a few 90's and a lot more tubing to make it back to the throttle body. What I would do is take out your stock intercooler and have a friend hold the new one inplace and see how it looks for where the tubing has to run, then try mocking up the tubes. Hope that helped.

how much work did you have to do to get the pipes to fit? did you need any extra piping? id like to stray from having to pay 500 bucks for a fmic kit fitted to a supra JUST because its for a supra..

well tell me how you route your pipes because i'm running the same intercooler but doing a 3 inch pipe instead of 2.5 just so i can match it with the intake and turbo and the in and out of the intercooler, make a list of all the pipeing items you get and maby some sizes

ok im sorry guys i have written back in a while just been busy putting the pain in the butt intercooler in and now waiting to receive my new lexus maf but all i got to say puttin g in the intercooler was a pain in the but not any easy tak to accomplish it took me easily over 6-9 hours fiddling and moving parts around and tyring things out but now i got it in but its still not perfect i still got some kinks i need to work out i also went with the 3" piping but all i gotta say is stay with 2.5" 3" is just a little to big i was hitting myself for getting 3" hahah but the way i hooked up the intercooler was i put a slighlty bent pipe that came in the kit hooked up to the turbo but i recommend cutting off about 2-3" on the pipe just so everything will fit flush later on the i ran it to a straight pipe to a 90 degree bent pipe into the intercooler then the other side of the intercooler to a 90 degree bent pipe then into a staright piped i cut in half and added a cupling in the middle it was a little to short then i went into a nother slighly bent pipe into the 3000 pipe everything works right now but it really needs some tlc to make all of the sizes correct but ya car still runs like crap right now i think it is all due to my faulty maf sensor the codes i am getting are the maf sensor, turbocharger pressure, and knock sensor but hopefully when i replace my old maf with the new one itll fix my problems lol but ya i will get some pics posted as soon as possible with how i had got it hooked up

see the way i'm thinking of running my 3 inch pipes is from the TB go out straight then do a 90 around the tems, then straight through the bigger hole in front of the air filter then go down into the ic inlet, as for the turbo side, do a 180 or 2 90's go under the radiator then a little straight piece then another 90 then straight with another 90 going up into the turbo. i dont know if there is a way to go under the oil pan but that was another way i was thinkin of doing it. mmm as for the turbo question its a Gt46 : Compressor Wheel - .66 A/R, 48.9 trim Turbine Wheel - 1.05 A/R, 61.9 trim 4.25" inlet, 3.38" outlet T4 flange with V-band i never really got a name for the turbo, but thats what i had hunted down with all of those specs, and i know in the manual it says something like super hybrid, i'm curious how it will spool up
