core plug problem??
Hey guy's! my 1jz has a massive gushing coolant leak from somewhere above the oil filter. I'm guessing it might be a core plug. I dunno if there are any coolant pipes tucked in there, just can't see. Either way, i need to fix it. Is it possible to pull the inlet manifold off to without pulling the engine out of the car?

i don't see why you can't just take the manifold off.
just pull the plugs from the ecu so you can take it off with the manifold it's either frost plug or maybe the hoses going to the oil filter housing?
