Help!

Ok. So I have a 1990 Turbo and it's driving me nuts. It will not accelerate past 25mph. Throttle feels like it's sticking or something cause the rpms increase to more than 2000 randomly. I don't have any idea what it could be. Please help! I probably won't check this very often so if you have a REAL reason and not just an off the wall guess then please email me i'll get it faster. reading the FAQ can increase your knowledge extremely
trying doing a diagnostic, instructions in my sig then come back with what codes you have
