gotta say deal?
i finally getting a MKIII again after i got locced up and moms got rid of my 86 MKIII...!!!!!...!! so i didnt vist this site for a wile but a man told me 500 for an 87 MKIII non turgo 5 spd 70,000 miles on it very light rust but an BHG, drivable to my house from his... is that an dealL!!! whats an estimate charge for an BHG repared at a shop?

like he said depends its gonna cost a shitload in labor if u have a shop do it cause its a pritty big project and while ur down there u might wanna check to c if it needs to be rehomd (sry cant speel :P) and also a problem i ran into might wanna go ahead and check/change piston rings while u down there. but it cost me in NM like 300$ to reserface and a valve job done on the head block, and me and a buddy did it so i know we saved a couple hundred in labor, and if ur runin it hard might wanna go hks, but cost me like 140-150$ for top end gasket kit. hope that helped :P Oh btw shops charge 70$+ per hour labor costs
