How do you increase the idle speed in a 1jz?

sounds like ur ICV man i had the same problem its located at the back of the plenum manifold on the left just rip the pipes out and block them up including the vacums then just adjust ur thottle body lever screws till u get it to the right rpm bout 650 is good mabey 750 make sure u adjust it when ur car is at cold start...:)
