I got one of the newer sensors (with the metal exterior as opposed to plastic) from a local pick an auto body part (fits in the pocket, so you can't beat that price). Got home and found out that the interior's of the sensor were different. After thorough inspection and a little reading, found out resistances are the same for all the TPS's, just design difference. So I went and picked up a newer TB to go with my sensor (as I couldn't find an older sensor), calibrated it and installed it on my engine, and *VOILA* TPS CEL goes away.
