Help
So the other day I went out to move my car and i unlocked it and the alarm went off. I put the key in the ignition and tried to start it so the alarm would turn off and it worked but now my car wont start. Iv tried several times to start my car and it doesn't turn over or anything. This is my only car and I need it to go to work and school. What do i do?

Try locking the doors and arm the alarm, then unlock it with the key on the driver side. Then try starting it, if that doesn't work right away, try locking it and unlocking it a couple of time before trying to start it. I think I have seen a few threads here of people who had similar problems and they solved it by doing something like that. My car has a problem with the alarm system, sometimes it works on all the doors when you try to open them when they are locked, then most of the time the alarm only sounds if the passenger side door is tripped. It also trips when I try to unlock the pass. door lock with the key, I have to unlock the lock with the key a second time to get the alarm to stop going off, then its fine. Good luck!!

Yea, for me you have to lock the doors, hold the outside door handle in the open position, close the door, then release the outside door handle. That should arm the alarm, if you look into the dash there should be a "Security" light that will come on and off every so often after doing that. Then unlock the door with the key etc..

Well the problem was that i couldn't restart it because the battery was to low to do anything. I charged the battery did the stuff you guys told me to do and now it works fine. Except my battery wot hold a charge. Could it be the battery or the alternator? or something I Don't know about? ha ha any ideas would help.

Yesterday getting into my Supra, I unlocked the driver's door and the alarm went off, so I put the key in the ignition and the alarm turned off. I then tried to start it. It wouldn't start, so I got backout, shut the door and locked it again, then unlocked it. It started right after that.
If your battery is not holding a charge, you got a bad(dead) battery. To test your alternator, after you start the engine, put a voltage meter on the battery (red -pos/black-neg) and if you see 13-15 volts, it's charging. I'm not sure what the total voltage should be from a Supra alternator, but if it's putting out over 13 volts, your battery is charging.

Depending on your battery you could also check the specific gravity of each cell to see if one is dead with a hydrometor if a maintenance free style get a free check from autozone where they can load test it.

Alarm Trouble
I have read all of the posts, but my problem is that the key that fits the ignition does not fit either door or the hatch. I can not lock or unlock the doors with a key, so now that the alarm got set off, I can not start the car. It doesn't even turn over. I know it isn't the battery, because that is new. Can anyone help me?
