Cold Start problem
I think this problem went away for good but resurfaced after a few weeks...
Basically car does not turn over on the first try, always on the 2nd crank it starts well. This problem went away for a few weeks after i fixed my TPS and i thought it was gone for good but recently resurfaced. Its not the cold start injector becuase its not nearly cold enough outside for it to even need to send extra fuel. Any Ideas? Also new sparkplugs/ exchanged the coil pack and spark wires

Check the fuel pressure, and fuel pressure drop. The pump starts during cranking. NOT when the key is turned on in the 'on' position, like some other cars.
So, the pessure may have to build up first.
