Newb Owner of a 1987 Supra
Well hey,
First timer to this thread just bought my car last night. I got it off of Craigslist * yes go ahead and laugh*. im gona post what the Seller posted on the site and pics of the Car * Pre warned i looked at a few threads its From what ive see you all posted a Halfbreed/Basterdized Supra**** Just wana know what you guys think about it and feel free to flame but i would like to here at least a few nice things? This is a One of a kind Toyota Supra! 358 Cubic Inch V8, Bored 40 over. Blueprinted, Diagramed. 10 1/2 to 1 Compression 670 Street Avenger carb. Insky race cam, Chrome Dual Exhaust., 5 Speed Manual transmission, 411 Posi Independent Rear Suspension, 425 REAR WHEEL HORSEPOWER!!! Top Speed 180 M.P.H. 5,892 Miles on the drive train / Garage Kept. New paint (Midnight Blue), Brand New Undercoating, All new brake system, 5 New 16" Fuzion ZR-1 Racing Tires, Original Interior, street legal, all lights, signals work Corvettes move over, we're talking real power!! and now for some pics later if wanted i can take my own pics which i will anyway and post if anyone wants. |

Don't agree with what the car is... Whoever did this swap completely killed the sole of the Supra. IMO you should swap that V8 back out and put a Toyota engine in there...
That said, exterior looks decent. Any interior pics? I'm kinda curious what they did as far as gauges and such, and if they removed the ECU since it's pretty much useless. Do you know what kind of tranny is under it? How does it drive?
