I'm not sure about that.
What I'm sure about is how many times i kept my supra on the road with crap from lowes. None of which was permanent mind you.

Only band aids. But there are permanent solutions to be had for you macguyver types.

Yup.... 9 tubes of JB Weld and I had me a new thermostat housing! It's just as good as stock.... just a little lumpier looking.... and a little brittle.... and it kinda drools.

Nope... actually, it turned out pretty sweet. It's all sleek and streamlined, like cotton balls and a couple wads of chewing gum.







Lol, uhh, yeah. The sick thing is I can imagine someone trying it. I've read threads where people "fixed" a cracked head with the stuff.... Of course then they can't figure out why it's leaking, they followed the directions.
