Speaker Panels Installation, HELP
 

I just bought an 89 Supra non turbo. Anyways, the chick I bought it from just installed a new stereo system in the car before and didn't have time to put the speaker panels back on and I was hoping to have someone tell me how to put them back on. I pretty much have all the screws and the speaker panels off of where they should be.

And I also have an ipod connecter to my stereo and the cord is coming through the little tray above the stereo, so it's really tacky and I was wondering if anyone has the same connecter but in a better area that doesn't look so ghetto.
