where oh where the hell do I find them?
I have done some research on which ones to get low impedience,peak hold,
I also have heard warings from some others out there.

I have looked online and at a large chain auto parts store for Lucas 550s,i believe the other choice is denso.does anyone know of a online place ?

Or the part # and brand That I can have my favorite parts guy look up.

by the way that AFM of mine was being finnicky today till I run the shit out of the car and it was fine for the rest of the day.I had just cleaned the k/N airfilter (according to directions)it sat 12 hours inside before I put it back on.I'm thinking it got a little gummy in there perhaps.
I don't really mind going through a few problems with the car as it one sure way to gain knowledge ...painfully at times but going forward still.

id go with RC personally, heard many good things about them and theyre quite popular.
