I think..., so IMO. I thik the cold start injector has the probability of being something that just shucks or shucks very quickley.

I don't see it working half ass'd for too awful long at all.

But that's just my opinion.

CPS is a good possibility as well. Have you checked for error codes? Typically bad CPS wiring will result in error codes such as 12, 13 or 14.

cps

okay the cam position wires are coming out and are not covered well. the housing for the wires are coming off and one looks like its cut. is that the problem and how should i clean it up?

okay so i redid the plugs for the cps. i crimped the wires and connected them with male and female wire connectors not butt connectors. the car still wont start. i think it may be the fuel pump. when i tried starting it i saw the rpm guage bouncing a little and i heard the exhaust boggle a little. it did that a few times then it just stopped. what do you guys think it maybe? fuel pump? it seems that its getting spark thats why and the plugs were pretty clean.

I don't think it's your fuel pump.

I have to work on my piece right now.

I'll read this again later and see if something different clicks for me.

alright thanks. also there isnt supposed to be oil around the spark plugs area is there?

supramacist 04-27-2008 11:58 PM

On your wiring you need to go to the local parts store and pick up some of that electrical heat wrap and macguyver those biotches. Flick ur bic bro.

No oil in the galley way. It's an oil free and coolant free zone. Try to keep it that way. Now you'll have to pull and clean all the plugs if there's any real oil in there.

okay so i got in my car today and it started. i was in my driveway slightly on a hill. (the front facing downward) last time i tried to start it i was on flat ground. my gas said it was at quarter tank. i topped her off today. but its been starting before that. before i put gas, i tried to start it and it started right away then died right away. it did that twice. then after that i started it about 10 more times and it fired up well. may it be that my fuel guage may be broken? and should i keep it always about more than half tank fuel??? get back to me please im becoming confused.

Well, if you filled it until full how many gallons did it take before the pump stopped? If it was a bit over 15 then yeah, your gauge could be shot or it could be the sender in the tank.
