What's the difference if any 7mgte domestic and JDM
i was asking because i'm planning on doing an engine swap of the same model engine and such...so i was curious also if the 7m from japan suffers the under torqued heads aswell as the Domestic versions...thx for reading

Anytime you swap a engine in, make sure you open it up replace all the seals and redo the head.
Or you more than likly will be doing it after the engine is in your car when its much more difficult

different throttle bodies, one has egr and other has them blocked off, oil pressure sending unit is different, jdm has less sensors on the thermostat sensor housing. there are few other things but cant think of them right now. i got a jdm and just put it in there, now im replacing the headgasket with the motor in the car. go ahead, replace the headgasket and peak under the oil pan to make sure its all good.
