Default Lexus or Toyota AFM. What is the diference?

Hi all.
So, after reading over and over the forums, I found myself in front of a dilema.
I want to do the Lexus AFM mod, but I am allready running 1 bar boost (about 12-13 psi I think).
So I don`t know if the owner before me haven`t done allready the Lexus AFM mod. So there`s my question. How to tell if my AFM is Toyota OEM or Lexus?

Man... I still can`t tell if I have or not the Lexus AFM or the Toyota one..
Some specs, dimensions (lenght, width, wide, diameter of the bigger hole)? So I can compare them with what I have on my car...
Pls?
PS. Those links you`ve posted, I have read those not once .
