It is a JDM engine, so it is a Cressida block, it does resemble a EGR block off plate.
I really just need to know if oil goes in or out of it, because if it goes in then I can use it for a oil return for the turbo I have for it, but if it goes out, then I'm back to square one for oil return. Thanks. |

There you go all sorted, the blanking plate behind the filter is the same on both N/A & Turbo. Not sure why is there, but I think I remember the oil pump internal connections run down the inside of the block about there.

Not sure it the blanking plate behind the filter is under oil pressure, but the Turbo block looks like this; where its marked inlet that’s the feed to the turbo, where is marked outlet that’s the retuning oil.

Thanks for the help, I don't quite feel the urge to pop it off and bump it over to see if it is under pressure quite yet, lol.
