I bought a 6" long one from Matco Tools. Snap-On and Mac have them too.

You guys may think me ignorant. But it works.

I went to lowes. I bought a 4 inch long bolt with a head that fit my needs.
I bought a 2 inch long 2 way adapter type nut.

I used red loctite on it. It's what I use when I hit that portion of the engine.

It cost me less that $4.

I use a similar type solution. If you have lots of metric hardware around find a long bolt, two matching nuts, turn the nuts onto the end of the bolt, and lock them together. If you find its still slipping you can destry the threads of your toyota SST with a flat head screw driver. Might save a trip to the store....
