It might be.

I'm sure there's good reason to be priced that way.
But you still never want to buy a supra without affirmation as to a clean bill of health.

89 is really a bastardized kind of frankenstien year.
You can get all kinds of parts and never know if it's what you really need.

I think you can use parts all the way back to 86 on that car.
But I'm not sure. So when you order parts..., go to the dealer and have them run your vin# to assure you get the correct part.

It's a nice ride. It's just hard to buy 1 in my opinion without seeing it 1st.
