aftermarket bov

hello, i just bought an aftermarket bov with the adapter. my question is, it has a normal size vaccum line nipple that faces the same way as the air blows out. then there is a smaller nipple out the back.. just wondering wtf and htf to hook this sucker up.!:stupid:
