What is the proper engine oil weight range for the 7m-gte?

I have the 7m-gte engine and it has approximately 104000 miles on it and has been rebuilt and head gasket replaced. I recently purchased the vehicle and don't know what is the best oil for this vehicle. I went down to the local Toyota shop and asked for the correct oil for my vehicle and bought it. When I returned and actually looked at the bottle it said Toyota brand 5w-20. It says it's made for Toyota engines and has been approved for turbocharged engines. Well that seemed a little odd to me so I haven't changed it, I do have a Toyota oil filter that will replace the fram that's in there.

I did some reading and appearantly it is a fairly new type of oil? And appearantly most(some/all?) newer vehicles use the new 0w-20 and 5-20 blends as recommended by the manufacturer? Well anyways, the little gif image available from this handbook link ( MK3 TSRM On-Line ) is a little too blurry so can anybody tell me what they suggest I use? Does it say 10w-30 in the middle band? Oil brand? High mileage oil? Synthetic? I live roughly 2000 ft above see level and the climate is going to be from cool (50 degrees Fahrenheit) to hot (maybe up too 100 degrees max but you never know..) Um I think that should be most of the details, help is greatly appreciated as I would really like to change the oil and treat this car right. =D
