U can turn them right or left.
Do you now if and what you can tune by turning them?

I have a new question for you all.
I have this sensor that screws into the oil pan, that I broke wile taking the oi; pan off the engine.
Now I want to buy a new one but I cannot find a part # for it so I can order it to the dealership.
I have this two pictures that shows that the 7MGE has a plug and a gasket : , but for the 7MGTE it shows nothing: .
Please HELP!!!

That’s the banjo fitting for the oil return from the oil cooler. There seems to be lots of different part numbers depending on year and country of origin. You will need to order 4 parts for the complete assembly; 2 gaskets, 1 union and 1 bolt union.
This is the part no`s for Year 1988-89 Gasket.. 90430-12018 Bolt Union ..90401-12009 Union.. 90430-12018 . A Blanking plug with no pipe is 90341-12012 which is shown in your diagrams. The diagram below shows figure numbers not part numbers.

So, the strangest thing happened.
I realized that you are right, but I also am right, and this 2 seem to contradict one another.
So I took my camera and went to my engine, a little confused.
This is what I saw. I seem to have 2 opening where the TSRM and your engine has only one.
Does anyone know why?
This is the sensor I broke:
And this is what my oil pan looks like. You can see that I have what you said, and more

My guess exactly.
I thought too that was an oil level sensor of some kind. The strange thing is that I took a conetor off it.
And I am certain that I have a 7mgte
Don`t our cars have oil level sensors?

The UK models don’t appear to have them fitted, not sure about the JDM and the rest of the world.

You do have a turbocharged engine, right?
Can you post a picture of your dash?

There you go, I’m in the process of replacing the head gasket at the moment so the battery is disconnected hence no illumination for the dash.
The gauges below the heater controls are non standard, Vac/Boost and Air/Fuel gauges. The rest is a standard 7M-GTE 1990 UK Turbo Supra.
As its night time in the UK at the moment the camera is in flash mode, the red on the steering wheel is just a refection coming up from a red sheet/rag I'm using to protect the drivers seat whist I'm doing my BHG repair.
