Running Too Hot!!!!!
 

i have a new JDM 7m_GTE fresh off the presses with 5,000 miles on it, new sensors, new thermosat, new water pump, hoses all good, no leaks, i put redline water wetter in the coolant, only 5-7 psi, but im still running 1/2 to 3/4 on temp. i lust for the supra but i dont want to drive it im scared im gonna do damage if i drive it. please help!!!!!, :confused::confused:

Radiator clogged? Do you have a fan shroud? And have you done a block test to see if the headgasket went?

What do you mean by new? The engine just came from Japan or you had it rebuilt 5k miles ago?

i got the car from a friend he spent 3500 on a rebuilt 7mgte engine. its got 5k on the engine since put in the car. i have a fan shroud, the car has been not driven often so a clog in the rad could be, can you unclog one? or just replace it? thanks a lot....chris
