need help
ok guys need help bad, my car would not start so i took it to a shop and they said that it was the ecu and that it was fried. so i took the car home and bought a new ecu. same shit happen, cranks but won't start, so i don't know what to do any more any tips guy and where to start looking for the trouble. i already check for fuel and i still hear fuel coming so I'm assuming fuel pump/fuel filter still works.any help i would realy appreciate thanks

Check over your coil packs, and the CPS, you may not be getting spark.
If there is any doubt about your fuel, find the feed line and put in a bottle and jump the correct wires in the Diagnostics port to see if you do indeed have ample fuel. You can find this info in the TSRM, I'm not sure on what page or I would link it. Good luck. Also, have you checked for codes? |

Sounds like the shop took YOU for a ride. Its getting worse, as there is a lack of training available for techs that WANT to know more can't.
One of my techs drives 100 miles round trip 4x/wk for 4 wks to learn more about computer diagnostics. It costs the shop $1000.00.

thank u chambers!! for telling me to check the ignition coil i never thought it was that. it was one of the connector that plugs into the ignition coil the wire broke off. thanks lots!! now it starts
