i got a set of stock 7mgte block off plates $30 + shipping and you can have em ;)

as far as hp increase... i don't think there's too much... but it hell cleans up the engine bay.. lots less vacuum and less stuff messin with the engine ;)

not sure if you have emissions in georgia but...

yes it does affect emissions
