i got a set of stock 7mgte block off plates $30 + shipping and you can have em
 as far as hp increase... i don't think there's too much... but it hell cleans up the engine bay.. lots less vacuum and less stuff messin with the engine

not sure if you have emissions in georgia but...
yes it does affect emissions
