Default Spark Plug Change

I just purchased new Bosch Platinum 4 plugs and want to install as I was having some issues from a ancient plug. Does anyone have a torque spec for install on a 87 turbo ?

I don't know if those plugs are to be used with our vehicles, but to install plugs use 16mm Plug Wrench and torque to 13 ft-lb as stated in the TSRM

A little late but I'm pretty sure you don't want to use platinum plugs in the turbo supra. Apparantly they burn TOO hot. This is just what i've been told from a few reliable resources

Yea, I would never run any Bosch plugs in a Supra of any kind, go for some NGK Iridiums, they will be a little more expensive but well worth it, they are high quality plugs. I don't have Iridiums but I have their regular plugs and set of their wires, they are both great!!

Good luck.

Be very careful with Iridiums. The slide gappers will damage them as they are soft. (that's the warning I had with them) But definitely go with Iridiums.
