Every one I have ever taken off... two in total right now
have just popped off. It takes a little wiggling as the top of the center panel is sort of hooked under the instrument cluster. Once you have it off, you need to unplug the hazard switch from it's cable to get the panel out. Then, I believe that there are two screws for the center console under the shifter console. Hope this helps you
