need help

hi..i have a 86 supra turbo....there is no power to the fuel pump...i checked all my fuses and relays...the only thing is that the main fuel pump relay doesnt make a sound or anything when ignition is turned on.....i did change it..but that didnt help...could anyone help me..tell me what to do next?
