Car wont crank pls help
 

The car is an 88 Supra 7mgte. When i turn the key into the on position i hear a few clicks then when i turn it forward to crank it nothing happens at all. All the lights on the dash work and everything seems to have power. It has a brand new starter and battery so i dont know why im not even gettin some sort of response. Any ideas would be much appreciated. thanks.

Check your fuses first. Then check the lines to the starter. Should be one bolted on and one that plugs in. Check the battery with a voltmeter. Sometimes you will have enough juice to run stuff, but not enough to crank. Check the connections at the battery. This happened with my wife's camry. Turned out the battery terminals were a tad loose. Start with the fuses and go from there.

I can give you a few options to check out,1st battery cables loose,corroded or worn,2d starter relay faulty(ex.canada a/t),also check the clutch start switch if u have it on(m/t only),neutral start switch faulty (A/t only),fusible link blown,starter or ignition switch faulty.as you said battery and starter are new I don?t see any other option.
