yes they do have one (BOV) and you will hit fuel cut around 10 psi... you should upgrade to a KVM (MAF) and 550cc high impedence fuel injectors. You could use RX-7 88-92 turbo (series 4 I believe) injector with the maroon tops... That should get you around in the 14 psi range. However you really need to replace your HG to a MHG first to handle the boost or you will blow it by raising the boost now. I would also really recommend at least upgrading the down-pipe. You can gain around 20hp with that.
