Advice needed
I am looking to make a few performance improvements to my 87 turbo. I would like to be able to use it as a commuter while increasing the performance and making it a bit meaner so that I can have some fun on the weekends.
I recently replaced my thermostat with a 180 to keep the engine a bit cooler. I also added a new air intake. I have noticed a small amount of oil around my spark plugs and I have a small hole in my downpipe. So these are the next two areas I want to attack. New valve cover gaskets and a new downpipe. Any suggestiosn on a downpipe (looking to stay below $200 in parts) or dimensions for one? Any other small mods you can suggest ? |
