Default Egr help

Ok so I understand how to take off the egr the posts that I read about that was good but when it came to blocking off stuff I didn't understand which holes to block. And lastly if I remove that will it kick on the engine light and my charcoal canister has been removed and idk if it was removed correctly this was already done when I bought the car. Could anyone help make sense on wat to plug up or leave unplugged on that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!!

Why do you want to remove the EGR? It will not give you more power, just higher exhaust temperatures and higher emissions. And, if the charcoal canister is missing, is the purge port on the throttle body plugged? I have too many questions than I can give answers.

Well whoever had the car before me I guess had a personal problem with vacuum lines cuz a lot is missing the egr modulator doesn't have any lines to it. The bvsv has nothing connected either. I guess I really need help to hook it back up its just all so confusing there are so many vacuum lines on these cars. When I get out and look under the hood at these things it only gets more confusing. I need big help

Try the http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...9950-tsrm.html . It should have all the info you need.

Also, there is a vacuum line diagram on an emissions sticker under the hood.

PS. These cars are not near as complicated as other '80s makes, like Honda CVCCs. Those are a total nightmare with vacuum lines.
