Water temperature sensor question!
Hi
Idk if this is the good place to ask but here it goes anyways. I wanted to replace the water temperature sensor and when unscrewed the old one i noticed that it was longer and thinner then the new one.... Here are some random pictures of some sensors!! http://www.wzops.cn/Uploads/Product/...5915640008.jpg http://snuo.win.mofcom.gov.cn/www/8/...1127104716.jpg http://www.tama-e.co.jp/en/images/products/p11.jpg now would the thickness or length make any difference? the new sensor is for the supra. now i did not change it yet. i dnt know why the new one is shorter nd thicker.. but just want to know before i change it..... |
It may be from a diffrent wiring harness, pre 89 or 89+. Check the plug to make sure its the same, other than that it may just be a new design on a old plug.
Good luck. |

Question about Electric fan and water temp
I would like to adjust the temp setting on my factory electric fan so it will come on at a lower temp. How do I do this? I would like for it to come on around 170 degrees. Is there a way to adjust this setting in the ECU? Please contact me at brian_lindsey1997@yahoo.com
