Hi, I got an AN, SS braided pressure hose with fittings to replace the pressure hose on my power steering (87 supra turbo). What tools and work is going to be required to change the oem one out? Will I need a car lift or will jacking the car up suffice?

The best way would be jack it up and put jack stands in the correct places on either side of the car. After that I think you will need a few large wrenches, I think anywhere between 17mm and 21mm, I can't remember exactly. Also a 10mm socket to remove a bracket for the lines.

If you got the hose from Driftmotion, then you will have to wrestle it a little to get it to work, but I will fit fine, may be good to have a friend help.

Also make sure to refill the reservoir with Dextron II or III auto tranny fluid when finished.

Yes, it is from driftmotion. Mobil 1 ATF fluid OK to use?

Yep, that will work.

I purchased the line from Driftmotion, the quality was very nice but I accidentally laid it on the positive battery terminal and the hood release latch, ended up burning a hole in the inner rubber tube. Luckily there was a local hydrolic shop that could make me a rubber line in just a few mins.
