problems with my power steering pump pulley...

Is there anyway I could possibly replace the power steering pulley cheaper then having to buy perfomance parts? Ive spent well over 3000 into repairing the motor when i blew my rod, and i don't want to spend another two to three hundred dollars for a freakin' pulley...:help:

There's half a dozen pumps on Ebay but why do you need to replace the pulley ?
